The 220-room hotel is located a block east of the Center for Advanced Medicine on Forest Park Boulevard, providing access to the campus for medical center visitors, patients and their families. The hotel offers concierge suites on its two top floors.

Barnes Lodge is a hospitality house operated by Barnes-Jewish Hospital to provide lodging services  for patients and their family members who live at least 50 miles outside of the St. Louis area.

Lodging services at Barnes Lodge can be accessed by calling the toll-free or local number listed above. While reservations are not accepted, a waiting list for each day is maintained and every effort is made by staff to accommodate each person on the list. In the event there are no vacancies at Barnes Lodge, the hospital’s lodging representative will assist with other lodging arrangements.

The American Cancer Society Hope Lodge, located about seven blocks from the hospital, serves cancer patients who live at least 50 miles from St. Louis. There is no charge for lodging. Referrals must be made by a physician, social worker or nurse care manager. Patients must complete a referral form. This is a smoke-free facility. Please call for eligibility requirements. Shuttle service to the hospital is provided.

This facility serves families from out-of-town with children 18 or younger who are followed in the Washington University Medical Center complex. Reservations are not accepted until three days prior to date of need. First-time visitors require a referral from a hospital social worker.
