  a forum to provide expert lectures and case presentations geared toward he
 alth care professionals who may be part of a heart team. The continuing edu
 cation program is designed to meet the needs of cardiac surgeons and fellow
 s\, interventional and general cardiologists\, cardiology fellows\, cardiac
