Meet Dr. Bhayani
Dr. Sam Bhayani is a urologic surgeon specializing in comprehensive urologic surgery.
He has expertise in robotic and laparoscopic procedures for urologic disease and nerve-sparing prostatectomy.
Dr. Bhayani earned his medical degree from WashU Medicine. He completed general surgery residency and urologic surgery residency training at WashU Medicine and a laparoscopic kidney, endourology, and prostate cancer fellowship at James Buchanan Brady Urological Institute, Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine.

Dr. Bhayani helped to develop innovative surgical techniques for removing prostate and kidney cancers. In particular, he pioneered robotic surgery techniques for kidney cancer that preserve the function of the healthy portion of the kidney, unlike the standard surgery, which typically involves removing the entire organ.
