Meet Dr. Chang
Dr. Su-Hsing Chang is a statistician whose research focus on health economics.
She has is an applied econometrician and a health economist working on health and economic consequences of obesity and surgical treatments of obesity. The Chang Lab is focused on the health and economic burden of obesity and obesity-related multimorbidity, prevention of multiple myeloma, surgical treatment for obesity, transplant outcomes research, and health disparities. Dr. Chang’s research areas include treatment effect and policy evaluation, cost-effectiveness analysis, meta-analysis, and comparative effectiveness.
Dr. Chang earned her doctorate from Johns Hopkins University. She completed postdoctoral training as a research associate at WashU Medicine.
