Meet Dr. Blatnik
Dr. Jeffrey Blatnik is a minimally invasive surgeon specializing in abdominal wall reconstruction, hernia surgery and other types of gastrointestinal surgery.
He has expertise in minimally invasive techniques, including laparoscopic and robotic surgery, which often result in less pain, shorter hospital stays and quicker recovery times than traditional open surgery.
Dr. Blatnik earned his medical degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine. He completed general surgery residency training and a minimally invasive/flexible endoscopy/abdominal wall fellowship, both at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine.
At WashU Medicine, we see more patients with complex hernias than any other center in the area. We are always ready to care for patients with even the most complex cases.
