Meet Dr. Vrecenak 

Dr. Jesse Vrecenak is a pediatric surgeon specializing in the investigation of fetal cell and gene therapy to address diseases in utero. 

She has expertise in treating conditions such as congenital diaphragmic hernia, gastroschisis, omphalocele, and intestinal atresia. 

Dr. Vrecenak earned her medical degree from University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. She completed general surgery residency training at Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and a research fellowship and a general surgery fellowship at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP).
