Meet Dr. Claxton 

Dr. Matthew Claxton is a trauma surgeon specializing in limb salvage and lower extremity wound care. 

He has expertise in podiatric surgery, lower extremity wound care, and foot and ankle trauma care. 

Dr. Claxton earned his doctor of podiatric medicine degree and completed primary podiatric medical residency training at Dr. William Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine. He also completed podiatric surgical residency at Southern Arizona Veteran’s Administration Medical Center.
