Meet Dr. Murashita

Dr. Takashi Murashita is a cardiac surgeon specializing in heart and valve surgery.

He has expertise in minimally invasive approaches, aortic surgery, atrial fibrillation and other cardiac procedures.

Dr. Murashita earned his medical degree from Kyoto University School of Medicine. He completed cardiovascular surgery residency training at Kurashiki Central Hospital in Japan. Dr. Murashita completed a cardiovascular surgery fellowship at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN, and a minimally invasive cardiac surgery fellowship at West Virginia University.
