Meet Dr. Shato
Dr. Thembekile Shato is an epidemiologist whose research interests include intervention development and implementation science.
Her research is in addressing cancer health disparities in underserved communities in the United States and globally.
Dr. Shato earned her doctorate in public health from Saint Louis University. She completed postdoctoral fellowship training as a research associate at the Implementation Science Center for Cancer Control at WashU Medicine.
